Departmental Work

While at Friends' House I was part of the Peace Education group. My initial work was rebranding the Peer Mediation Network, and creating promotional materials for Peace Education.  Through conversations with other department members, I became involved in other projects, resulting in the rejuvination of their resources.

EAPPI

After seeing my work for Peace Education, the EAPPI group asked me to recreate their Action Sheet. This sheet is given out after every EAPPI volunteer's talk. They asked it to be based on the graphics of 'activism bingo'. I used the colour scheme of the logo, and bold lines to represent action as easy to do.

Online Course

With this poster I wanted to emphasise how much content could still be gained from an online course. The symbols and text
are based on conversations with the course leaders on what the course would cover. I produced the image by hand and then added colour using Photoshop.

Quaker Life

Quaker Life send out a monthly email about current events, courses and news available from Friend's House. I was asked by a friend in the Department to do some illustrations for it, but he only managed to get the titles to me on the morning of the day they were due in. On the train to work, using my surface tablet and pen, I produced these quick sketches to brighten up the email. They represent, from left to right:

Volunteer Needed for Heavy Lifting, Multi-faith Course at Woodbrooke,
Mental Health, New Members Survey,
Publicity Consultant Needed, Speaker Wanted.
